Perseverance Rover Successfully Collected its First Sample of Martian Surface
American Space Agency Nasa's Mars Perseverance Rover was Successful to collect its First Soil Sample from the Surface of Mars and it has also taken photos and Shared on its Social Media Platform.
Actually It was the Second attempt to collect mars sample from its surface. First attempt was unsuccessful because of some technical problems. Scientists fixed the Problem and tried to collect the Samples and it was successful.
Perseverance Rover was launched successfully on July 30, 2020 from Florida's Space Coast with an Atlas V Rocket. It landed on mars on February 18, 2021. After landing it started doing its work on the Surface of Mars.
An Helicopter (Ingenuity Helicopter) was also sent along with the Mars Rover and was Deployed on April 3, 2021 on Martian Surface. Perseverance Drove 100 meters away to Provide a Buffer Zone for the Helicopter to take its First and Safe Flight. Ingenuity made its first flight on April 19, 2021 at 07:15 UTC or 12:45 PM IST
