A big Achievment for Nasa, Ingenuity Completed its 13th Flight on Mars

Nasa attaines a Big Achievment on Mars. Actually the American Space Agency Nasa Launched its Mars Rover 2020 (Mars Perseverance Rover) on July 30, 2020 and it was landed on Mars on February 18, 2021.

An Helicopter named Ingenuity was also launched along with the Mars Rover. This Helicopter was sent on mars to examine that if Future Flight on Mars is Possible or Not. Ingenuity Helicopter was deployed on Martian Surface on April 3, 2021 and it took its First Flight on April 19.

Ingenuity has now achieved its 13th successful Flight on Mars. It traveled at 7.3 mph (3.3 m/s) taking images pointing southwest of the South Seítah region within Jezero Crater.

On this flight, the Mars Helicopter covered about 690 feet (210 meters) in around 160.5 seconds and took 10 pictures. We’re lucky to get 13 in the books and will combine this flight data with flight 12’s to get a better understanding of the South Seítah region in the coming days.
