Earth-like planet is no less than hell, it rains fire at night, NASA will release photo
NASA will soon release images of two Earth-like exoplanets. The famous James Webb Telescope of NASA will take these pictures. 55 Cancri E is a very hot exoplanet. According to NASA scientists, the exoplanet is covered with flowing magma. They also believe that the presence of a weak atmosphere on the exoplanet means that it is possible for magma to fall at night.
The planet is so close to its star that it completes its orbit in just 18 hours. The planet orbits the star in a form called Tidley Lock, where only one side of the planet is always facing the star. But scientists believe that the planets might orbit by themselves, meaning that the heat emitted by the star would spread across the exoplanet. Experts also speculate that there may be nitrogen or oxygen in the atmosphere.
Scientists are also planning to study another exoplanet called LHS 3844 B, which is much colder. It is solid like a rock and has no atmosphere. The James Webb Telescope will not be able to take pictures of its location, but scientists will use other instruments to measure other data points. Information from both exoplanets could expose the formation of the Earth.
The James Webb Telescope is part of an international space program that will explore the elements outside our solar system. After its launch, scientists were studying its tools. But now it is ready for its mission. The James Webb Telescope was developed jointly by NASA, the European Space Agency and the Canadian Space Agency. The first telescope images will be released on July 12.
